The courses are conducted by training organisations that have been approved by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency).
CBT Training
CBT is a course of instruction and assessment for new riders wanting to ride a moped or geared motorcycle. It’s the first legal step, and must by law be taken by any new rider before they get on the road using “L” plates.
DAS Training
The Direct Access Scheme (DAS) is designed for riders over 24 years old, (or aged 21-23 and have held an A2 medium bike licence for 2 years) who wish to ride bikes of unlimited size and power.
ERS Training
The Enhanced Rider Certificate is recognized by all of the major insurance companies, and as such will help you to reduce your insurance premium, typically by about 10%, but some as much as a full year's no-claims discount!!
